  237.      The economy is dependent on agriculture and thus is highly vulnerable
  238.      to climatic conditions. Agriculture accounts for about 30% of GDP and
  239.      employs 40% of the labor force. Principal products include bananas,
  240.      citrus, mangoes, root crops, and coconuts. Development of the tourist
  241.      industry remains difficult because of the rugged coastline and the
  242.      lack of an international airport.
